- 825 g pear (s), aromatic, weihed cleaned

- Peel the mango, remove the stone and finely puree the pulp. Wash, peel and core the pears. Chop the pulp and mix with the mango puree and the preserving sugar in a large saucepan. Cover and leave to stand overnight.
- Then bring to the boil and cook for 4 minutes while stirring. Immediately pour the jam into twist-off jars that have been rinsed with hot water, close tightly and let stand turned on the lid for 5 minutes.
- The recipe makes approx. 6 glasses of 230 ml each.
