Ingredients

  • 500 g penne
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 small Can / s tomato paste
  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 10 g butter
  • 250 g ham
  • 1 glass carrot (s) with peas, fine
  • 1 cup cream
  • possibly cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta as directed.
  2. In the meantime, cut the onion into small pieces and sauté in the butter.
  3. Now add the chopped ham, tomato paste and fresh, cleaned mushrooms and let simmer briefly.
  4. Then put a (or who would like two) glass of peas, fine, with carrots into the pan.
  5. Now pour the cream on, stretch a little with vegetable stock or milk if necessary, and add a little cheese to the sauce, if you like.
  6. Now strain the noodles and serve the whole thing nicely arranged!
