Ingredients
- 250 g penne
- 300 g cocktail tomatoes
- 2 handfuls rocket
- 200 g feta cheese
- 2 cloves garlic)
- salt and pepper
- chili

- Cook the pasta until aldente.
- In the meantime, quarter the tomatoes, wash and drain the rocket, dice the sheep`s cheese and finely chop (or press) the garlic.
- Heat a little olive oil in a pan, steam the garlic and tomatoes briefly (approx. 5 min.), They shouldn`t get mushy !!! Season well and just before the pasta is ready, mix in the rocket (only about 1 minute so that it doesn`t boil over completely).
- Then mix in the finished noodles and finally the feta cubes.
- Serve now!
