Ingredients

  • 600 g beans, reen
  • 300 g penne, or other
  • Savory
  • Vegetable broth, instant
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 125 ml water
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the cleaned and chopped green beans for about 20 minutes. Season the cooking water with savory and instant vegetable stock. Drain the beans when they are done and drain well.
  2. Cook the noodles al dente and drain well.
  3. For the sauce, peel the onion, cut into small pieces and sauté in 1 tablespoon butter. Pour in the water and sweet cream, bring to the boil, season with instant vegetable stock and add the mustard and mustard seeds.
  4. Mix the pasta and green beans and pour the mustard and cream sauce over them.
