Ingredients

  • 1 pack shrimp (s), frozen
  • 500 g penne
  • Tbsp, leveled olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 400 g tomato (s), strained or chopped
  • some stalks parsley
  • some whipped cream
  • salt and pepper
  • some parmesan, grated

Instructions

  1. Put on the pasta water.
  2. Heat a dash of olive oil in a saucepan and add the tomatoes. Stir, let simmer. Meanwhile, heat a dash of olive oil in a small pan and fry the garlic and prawns until the prawns are bright pink.
  3. In the meantime, add the penne to the boiling water and cook al dente according to the instructions.
  4. Put the prawns and garlic pressed through the press in the tomato sauce, add a strong dash of cream and the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Drain the finished penne, collect some pasta water. Add the penne to the sauce, mix. If necessary, use a little pasta water to ensure that the sauce envelops all of the pasta in a delicious way.
  6. Serve immediately, serve with grated Parmesan.
  7. Salad goes well with it.
