- 4 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoon sherry
- 2 tablespoon sauce, (teriyaki sauce)
- 1 ½ tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar, (white wine vinegar)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 2 cm ginger, pressed
- 2 spring onions, thin strips
- 200 g shrimp
- 2 tablespoon oil, (peanut oil)
- Heat the oil, sweat the spring onions and ginger for 2-3 minutes, deglaze with the remaining ingredients and heat while stirring constantly, finally add the shrimp, heat, do not cook anymore.
- With Chinese egg noodles or green ribbon noodles.
