Shrimps in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 4 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon sherry
  • 2 tablespoon sauce, (teriyaki sauce)
  • 1 ½ tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar, (white wine vinegar)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 2 cm ginger, pressed
  • 2 spring onions, thin strips
  • 200 g shrimp
  • 2 tablespoon oil, (peanut oil)

Instructions

  • Heat the oil, sweat the spring onions and ginger for 2-3 minutes, deglaze with the remaining ingredients and heat while stirring constantly, finally add the shrimp, heat, do not cook anymore.
  • With Chinese egg noodles or green ribbon noodles.
