Ingredients

  • 250 g spahetti or other pasta
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 150 g shrimp
  • 125 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 200 ml Cremefine for cooking or cream
  • salt and pepper
  • some olive oil
  • parsley, 8 herbs, frozen

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and dice the cocktail tomatoes.
  2. Fry the onions in the olive oil until they are lightly translucent. Then add the shrimps to the pan and fry them until they also turn a light color. Then add the Cremefine and simmer gently. Season with salt, pepper and possibly herbs.
  3. Only when the pasta is almost done, put the chopped tomatoes in the pan so that they don`t get too soft, and season the sauce to taste.
  4. Strain the pasta and serve with the sauce.
