  • 150 g butter
  • 200 g chocolate, bitter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 100 g almond (s), round or hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. Separate eggs and beat egg whites into snow. Melt the butter and chocolate. Beat the egg yolks with sugar until they are white, then add the chocolate butter, flour and almonds. Subject the egg whites. Pour into a greased round baking pan (diameter approx. 22 cm).
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes. The cake is hot and still runny inside!
  3. Dust with cocoa, dust the edge with powdered sugar.
