  • 2 persimmons, very ripe
  • 0.5 ½ apple (Braeburn)
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
  • 100 ml orange juice

Instructions

  1. Peel the persimmons, remove the pips if necessary, cut off the bumps and simmer in the orange juice with the apple until soft. Finally refine with cinnamon.
  2. If you like, use the hand blender to make a fine puree.
