Delicious and easy to prepare champignon and bell pepper appetizer. It can be served on a festive table or taken for a picnic. Pickled vegetable appetizer goes well with barbecue. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients
Champignons – 500 g
Bulgarian pepper – 2 pcs.
Olive oil – 80 ml
Honey – 1 teaspoon.
Vinegar 9% – 20 ml
Dill greens – 1 bunch
Garlic – 3 cloves
Salt – 0.5 teaspoon.
Ground black pepper – 0.25 teaspoon.
Directions
Cut the champignons into slices.
Cut the bell pepper into strips.
Finely chop the dill.
Cut the garlic into slices.
Fry the mushrooms in a preheated pan with oil for a couple of minutes. Add the bell pepper and, stirring occasionally, fry until the pepper is soft. Add salt, pepper, honey. Stir and fry for one minute. Add vinegar, stir, turn off the heat. Add garlic, dill, mix.
Let it cool completely, pour it into a container. Put in the refrigerator overnight (at least 4 hours). Or take it to nature – by the time you get there, the appetizer will be marinated. A marinated appetizer of vegetables with mushrooms is ready.
