Ingredients

  • 400 g camembert (s) (cream camembert)
  • 2 cloves garlic, (or 4 if you like it)
  • 10 olives, stuffed
  • 5 leaves sage
  • 10 grains pepper
  • 0.5 liter ½ oil (rapeseed seed oil)

Instructions

  1. Cut the camembert into bite-sized pieces, peel off the garlic cloves, halve the olives and put everything in a glass with the sage leaves and peppercorns. Top up with rapeseed seed oil. Close the jar tightly and store in a cool place.
