  • 6 potato (s)
  • 1 glass Miracel Whip
  • Garlic, fresh or as a powder
  • 1 packet herbs, frozen (8 herbs or parsley)
  • 1 cup cream
  • some Milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes as jacket potatoes in salted water and peel them off after cooling.
  2. In a large bowl, mix Miracel Whip with cream and milk to a liquid sauce and season with garlic, salt and pepper. Stir in the 8 herbs or parsley.
  3. Place all of the jacket potatoes in the bowl, making sure that they are covered in sauce. If necessary, spread the sauce over the potatoes with a tablespoon. Let it steep overnight.
  4. Fits for grilling or for cold and warm buffets.
