Sweet pepper salad – 2 kg
Hot red pepper – 1 pod
Vegetable oil – 65 ml
Apple cider vinegar – 65 ml
Garlic – 4 cloves
Turmeric – 1 teaspoon
Oregano – 2 teaspoon
Garlic granules – 0.5 teaspoon
Paprika – 1 teaspoon
Coriander – 0.5 teaspoon
Salt – 1 teaspoon

Ingredients
Wash the pepper, dry it, put it on parchment. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees, with a convector, for 30 minutes. If there is no convector in the oven, then bake the peppers until brown barrels.
Put the baked peppers in nylon pans.
Cover with cling film, let stand for 20 minutes.
Peel the peppers, stalks and seeds.
Crush the garlic with the back of a knife and chop. Finely chop the hot pepper.
Mix oil, vinegar, salt, spices, garlic, hot pepper in a bowl.
Put a layer of baked peppers in pots and pour over the marinade, alternate layers.
Cover with a lid and leave at room temperature for 12 hours. Then chill the pickled peppers in the refrigerator.
