  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • Butter for frying
  • Toast bread

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the spices and roll the pigeon breasts in it. Melt some butter in a pan and fry the pigeon breasts on a low heat for 10 minutes. Arrange on toast.
