Pineapple Casserole

If you wanted something exotic, fruity and cottage cheese, and all together, I recommend treating yourself to such a casserole …. tender and tasty =))

Directions

Melt butter, cool slightly.
Beat eggs with sugar, add lemon zest + semolina + cottage cheese + butter. Mix everything thoroughly.
Grease the form with butter, put pineapples. If the pineapple is fresh, sprinkle a little sugar on the bottom of the mold. If you want more pineapples in the casserole, then additionally cut the pineapples into small pieces and add to the mixture before putting them in the mold (generally it tastes better).
Bake for 45-60 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove the curd casserole from the oven, allow to cool almost completely, turn over onto a dish.
