Pineapple Сoconut Balls with Cream Cheese

Just three ingredients – and the delicate dessert “Pineapple coconut balls with cream cheese” is ready.
Ingredients
- Cream cheese – 225 g
- Canned pineapple – 225 g
- Coconut flakes (or coconut flakes) – 2.5 cups
Directions
- Dry the pineapple slices and chop finely.
- In a bowl, mix well the cream cheese and pineapple pieces. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll 2.5 cm balls from the resulting mass.
- Dip the pineapple and cream cheese balls in the coconut flakes (or shavings).
- Chill pineapple coconut balls with cream cheese for 6 hours.
