  • 1 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • Oil for deep-frying

Instructions

  1. Knead the grated cheese, flour and egg into a dough and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Shape the dough into balls, roll them again in flour and then deep-fry until golden.
  2. Serve the cheese balls with cranberries and lettuce.
