Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 4 tablespoon cream cheese, natural
  • 5 tablespoon milk, for brushing
  • 100 g raisins, or chocolate drops, etc. at will

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, yeast, sugar and a pinch of salt. Warm the milk with the butter, add the lemon juice, egg and cream cheese to the flour mixture. Knead well with the mixer and paddle and let rise in a warm place for 45-60 minutes. Knead the dough again, adding raisins or chocolate drops if necessary. Divide into 12 pieces of dough, place on a baking sheet with baking paper and let rise for another 15-20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, brush the dough pieces with milk and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
