  • 1 egg (s)
  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 3 tablespoon, leveled breadcrumbs
  • pepper
  • Garlic salt, OR:
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, pressed
  • Oil, for deep-frying

Instructions

  1. Dice the bell pepper and onion and mash the sheep`s cheese with your hands. Mix with the egg and breadcrumbs and season with pepper and garlic salt or fresh garlic.
  2. Then form balls and fry them until they are brown.
  3. If you don`t have a deep fryer, just put oil in a small saucepan.
  4. Very tasty with salad, flatbread, tzaziki, etc.!
