Pistachio Paste

If you often prepare desserts and like to treat your homemade delicious pastries, you will definitely need pistachio paste. It is used in the preparation of biscuits, creams. It’s easy to prepare!

Ingredients

  • Pistachios – 100 Grams (peeled)
  • Almonds – 25 Grams (peeled)
  • Powdered Sugar – 3 Teaspoons
  • Sugar – 50 Grams
  • Water – 1.5 Art. spoons

Directions

  1. If you have unpeeled almonds, pour boiling water over it and it will easily peel off after a minute. Then dry the nuts in a dry frying pan or oven.
  2. Pistachios and almonds must be ground in a coffee grinder or blender with powdered sugar until they become flour.
  3. This is the kind of flour you should get.
  4. Pour sugar into a small saucepan and add water. We put on fire.
  5. And cook until boiling and sugar is completely dissolved. Do not bother with a spoon! Mix by wiggling the saucepan.
  6. Pour the hot syrup into a bowl of peanut flour. You can add a drop or two of almond flavoring.
  7. And mix first with a spoon, and then with your hand.
  8. It turns out about 200 grams of paste. You can store the finished pistachio paste in the freezer.
