Ingredients

  • 4 zucchini
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 100 g salami
  • 1 small Glass mushrooms
  • 1 small Jar tomato peppers
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 g mozzarella, rated or pizza cheese
  • a bit salt
  • some chili powder
  • a lot pizza seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cut the ham, salami and the well drained tomato peppers into cubes. Drain the mushrooms well. Put everything together with the cream, cheese, chilli and plenty of pizza seasoning in a bowl, season well and mix well. Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Can also be prepared the day before.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C fan-assisted air.
  3. Put on a large saucepan with salted water and bring the water to a boil. Wash the zucchini, put them whole in the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Then take the zucchini out of the water and let it cool down a little so that you can touch it.
  4. Cut the two ends just short and cut the zucchini in half. Scrape out the inside with a small spoon and drain the hollowed out zucchini in a colander. Then fill with the pizza mixture, place on a tray and place in the oven. Baked for 10 minutes.
