Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry, ready to bake
  • 6 slices ham
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 200 g camembert (s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Seasoned Salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoon chives, cut into small rolls

Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 6 equal-sized rectangles. To do this, cut the dough once vertically and twice horizontally.
  2. Place the pieces on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush with whisked egg yolk. Place a slice of ham on each part. Spread the sliced tomatoes on top. Season with herb salt and pepper.
  3. Divide the camembert into small pieces and place a piece of camembert on each tomato slice.
  4. Bake everything in the preheated oven at approx. 180 ° convection for 15-18 minutes. The puff pastry should be golden brown and the cheese can also have some color.
  5. Arrange everything on plates and decorate with the chives rolls.
