Ingredients

  • 250 g quark
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 200 g flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 250 g minced beef
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Make a kneading dough from the first 6 ingredients, this must no longer stick to the hands. Do not roll out the dough too thinly, about the size of a baking sheet.
  2. For the filling, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, wash and dice the tomatoes. Mix the onion, garlic, tomatoes, 1 egg, minced meat and 100 g of the cheese in a bowl, then season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Mix the ketchup with the oil and spread it on the rolled out dough, distribute the filling on top and then roll up the dough from the narrow side. Now cut about 1.5 cm thick slices from the roll and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Whisk the second egg, brush the snails with it and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Place in the oven for approx. 15 minutes at 200 ° C.
