  • 500 g plum (s), ripe
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Wash the plums, rub dry, halve, stone and quarter. Simmer the plums with sugar and cinnamon powder for about 10 minutes. Strain the plum mixture through a sieve.
