Ingredients
- 250 g butter, soft
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- salt
- 4 egg (s)
- 300 g flour, sifted
- 50 g cornstarch
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)
- 250 grams sugar
- 8 tablespoon sugar
- 500 ml milk
- 1 ½ kg plum (s), halved, pitted
- 5 tablespoon whipped cream
- 100 g flaked almonds

- Cook a pudding from milk, 4 tablespoons of sugar and the pudding powder according to the instructions on the package, then let it cool.
- Mix the butter with 250 g sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until creamy. Stir in the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour, cornstarch and baking powder and stir in briefly in portions. Place the dough on a greased tray and spread it on. Spread the prepared plums on top, pressing lightly. Now mix the cooled custard with the 5 tablespoons of cream and distribute as thick blobs on the cake. Sprinkle with flaked almonds and the remaining 4 tablespoons of sugar.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 60 minutes.
