Ingredients
For the dough:
- 125 g butter, semi-fat
- 4 tablespoon honey
- 3 egg (s)
- 200 g flour (whole wheat flour)
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 50 ml amaretto
- 75 ml milk
- bitter almond aroma
For covering:
- 10 biscuit (s) (Amerettini), crumbled
- 750 g plums (plums)
- 25 g almond (s) (flakes)
- Cinnamon and sugar for sprinkling

- Score the plums crosswise at the top and bottom, make a cut from top to bottom and unfold the plums. Remove the stone.
- If the plums are sour, it is best to add sugar and cover and let them steep.
- Mix the butter, honey and salt until creamy. Stir in eggs one at a time.
- Mix flour and baking powder and stir in alternately with milk and amaretto.
- If you want to intensify the amaretto taste, stir in a few drops of bitter almond flavor.
- Spread in a greased springform pan, sprinkle the amarettini crumbs on top.
- Spread the plums on top in a wreath. Sprinkle flaked almonds on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 35-40 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if you like.
