Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ small pointed cabbage
- 1 carrot (s)
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), yellow
- 100 g lamb`s lettuce
- 30 g pine nuts
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
- salt and pepper

- Cut the pointed cabbage into fine strips, finely dice the carrot and cut the peppers into fine cubes. Put everything in a bowl.
- Mix a dressing from vinegar, olive oil, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper, season to taste and pour over the salad. Stir everything well and let it steep.
- In the meantime, remove the leaves of the lamb`s lettuce from the roots, wash and drain. Roast the pine nuts.
- Mix the lamb`s lettuce and pine nuts with the salad to serve.
