Ingredients

1 head pointed cabbage
2 apples, red
1 handful walnuts

For the dressing:

Instructions

Quarter the pointed cabbage, cut the quarters lengthways again and cut into very fine slices. Quarter or eighth of the apples, depending on their size, and cut into thin slices. Roughly chop the walnuts.
For the dressing:
Whisk the ingredients for the dressing well and mix everything together.
Variants: Instead of apples, mandarins also taste good. It becomes finer if the walnuts are lightly roasted and caramelized beforehand.
