  • 100 g corn rits
  • 1 ½ liters water
  • 1 medium sweet potato (s)

Instructions

  1. Peel the sweet potato, cut into small cubes, put in a head with the water, bring to the boil. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes, until the sweet potato is tender.
  2. Gradually add the corn grits, reduce the temperature, stir constantly, let cook for about 3 minutes.
  3. Tip: Depending on your taste, you can also add pumpkin. If you like it sweet, add sugar or brown sugar. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes, add with the sweet potato.
