  • 150 g potato (s)
  • 150 g polenta, cooked
  • salt
  • possibly spice (s)
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, peel them and place them in a bowl with the fully cooked, cooled polenta (solid mass). Season to taste with salt and spices.
  2. Mash with a fork to a dough-like mass. Form small thalers out of the dough and fry on both sides until golden brown in a pan.
  3. A delicious side dish instead of e.g. dumplings.
