Ingredients

  • 2 slices toast
  • 200 g salmon, raw
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), organic
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • Butter, for frying
  • Piment d`espelette
  • sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Use a cutter (approx. 5 cm diameter) to cut 4 circles out of the toast and fry them on both sides in the butter until crispy.
  2. Cut the salmon into small cubes and coat with the olive oil. Cut the chives into fine rolls, peel off the lemon zest and squeeze the lemon. Just before serving, mix all the ingredients and season with the spices.
  3. Put the cookie cutter over the toast again and fill in the salmon tartar with a spoon.
