Ingredients

  • 200 g flour, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 vanilla pod, the pulp it
  • 1 tablespoon orange liqueur, rum or water
  • 2 drops orange flavor

Moreover:

  • 2 tablespoon rosemary, fresh or dried
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C fan oven.
  2. Chop fresh rosemary needles. Then mix with the sugar and vanilla sugar in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Mix the flour and baking powder for the dough. Mix the butter and sugar until foamy and add the egg, vanilla pulp and liqueur. Mix it into a creamy batter. Now mix the flour mixture with the cream. Add the scraped vanilla pod to the vanilla sugar mixture.
  4. Shape the dough into balls and toss in the rosemary and vanilla sugar until everything is covered. Finally, on the baking sheet lined with baking paper, press a glass or your fingers to about 1 cm and bake for about 12-15 minutes.
