Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 125 g powdered suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet pudding powder, chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 g walnuts, rouhly chopped
  • 40 g chocolate flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with cocoa powder and pudding powder, add the remaining ingredients and knead everything into a smooth dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 parts and shape them into rolls, wrap the rolls in cling film and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  3. Cut the dough rolls with a knife into approx. ½ cm thick slices, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Tip: If you want, you can melt some more chocolate and sprinkle it on the cooled biscuits.
