  • 4 pork schnitzel
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 small onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 100 ml milk
  • 250 ml meat broth
  • 150 g blue cheese
  • 150 g tomato (s), passed
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Knock the schnitzel thinly and fry in the fat, remove and keep warm. Chop the onions and fry them until translucent in the fat, dust with flour, deglaze with the liquid and simmer. Then add cheese and simmer again. Add the tomato and season to taste. Put the schnitzel in the sauce and serve.
  2. Noodles go well with it
