Pork Shops in Soy Sauce

Thin pork chops breaded with starch and soy sauce cook very quickly, and the meat is very juicy and flavorful without the use of any spices.

Ingredients

  • Pork (pulp) – 700 g
  • Potato starch – 2-3 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 80 ml (5-6 tablespoons)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 50 ml

Directions

  1. Prepare the required ingredients.
    Wash the pork and pat dry with paper towels. I used pork tenderloin, you can also use the shoulder blade.
  2. Cut the pork with a sharp knife across the grain into thin pieces 0.5-0.7 cm thick
  3. .Spread the pieces of meat on the board and cover with cling film.
  4. Beat the meat with a kitchen hammer to a thickness of 0.3-0.5 cm.
  5. For breading, pour the soy sauce into a wide plate, pour the starch into a flat one.
  6. Dip the broken piece of pork on both sides in the starch.
  7. Then dip the pork in soy sauce on both sides.
  8. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and add the soy sauce pork to the skillet. Be prepared for the oil in the pan to splatter in all directions. To avoid splashes, you can cover the pan with a special anti-splatter net or a protective screen.
  9. Cook the chops over medium heat, half a minute on each side. The meat will fry very quickly and brown, as the pieces are quite thin.
  10. Place all the sautéed chops in a saucepan and cover to allow the heat to cook the pork.
  11. Serve pork in soy sauce with any side dish – fresh or boiled vegetables, potatoes, cereals.
  12. Despite the fact that the pieces are thin, this pork turns out to be very juicy!
