Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg potato (s)
  • 100 g bacon (back bacon)
  • butter
  • 1 head lettuce (lettuce or endive lettuce)
  • salt
  • vinegar
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Peel and cook the potatoes. Prepare a mashed potato with the addition of butter and milk. Leave out the bacon, pour the fat over it and mix in.
  2. Pluck the washed lettuce into small pieces, season with salt and vinegar and fold into the puree.
  3. Can be eaten cold and warm.
