Potato and Bacon Salad

Potatoes are a frequent guest in my kitchen. I especially love potato salads. When “Winter” or “Olivier” is already bored, a new recipe appears on the table. This time the choice fell on this option.
Cook: 1 hour
Servings: 6-8
Ingredients
- Small potatoes – 1500 Grams
- Bacon – 4 Slices
- Green onions, feathers – 3 Pieces
- “Ranch” sauce or mayonnaise – 100 grams
- Cheddar Cheese – 100 Grams
- Salt – To taste
Directions
- Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly. Then place it on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and salt. Bake the potatoes at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
- At this time, fry the bacon until crisp. Save the fat from the pan.
- When the potatoes are cool, cut them in half. Place them in a salad bowl. Pour in 1 tbsp of fat.
- Then add the chopped onion and bacon in small pieces. Grate the cheese.
- Pour in the sauce or mayonnaise. Stir the salad.
