Potato and Bacon Salad Ingredients

  • Small potatoes – 1500 Grams
  • Bacon – 4 Slices
  • Green onions, feathers – 3 Pieces
  • “Ranch” sauce or mayonnaise – 100 grams
  • Cheddar Cheese – 100 Grams
  • Salt – To taste

Potato and Bacon Salad Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly. Then place it on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and salt. Bake the potatoes at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
  2. At this time, fry the bacon until crisp. Save the fat from the pan.
  3. When the potatoes are cool, cut them in half. Place them in a salad bowl. Pour in 1 tbsp of fat.
  4. Then add the chopped onion and bacon in small pieces. Grate the cheese.

  5. Pour in the sauce or mayonnaise. Stir the salad.
