Potato Casserole with Cheese

Potato casserole with cheese will always help you out! It is prepared very simply and quickly, it turns out delicious, satisfying, and aromatic! Try it!)

Ingredients

Potatoes – 500-600 g
Hard cheese – 150 g
Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
Sour cream – 150-200 g
Garlic – 2-3 cloves
Salt – 0.5 teaspoon (taste)
Ground black pepper (optional) – to taste

Directions

Grate the hard cheese. We divide it into equal parts. Add one egg to one half of the grated cheese, a couple of garlic cloves squeezed out through a press, and sour cream. Mix well. Add an egg to another and just mix.
Rub the raw potatoes on a coarse grater. Add to it half a teaspoon of salt and grated cheese with sour cream. Add ground pepper if desired. Mix the resulting mass well.
Put the potato mass into a heat-resistant dish and distribute it evenly. The top layer will be grated cheese mixed with an egg, which we also distribute evenly. It will give your potato casserole an appetizing crust.
Put the dish in the oven, preheated to 180-200 degrees, for 30-40 minutes.
The potato and cheese casserole is ready! It is very tasty to eat it hot with sour cream!
