Potato Casserole, or Dumplings with Potatoes, Baked with Cheese

A simple and quick recipe on how to make a delicious potato casserole from frozen dumplings.
Ingredients
- Dumplings with potatoes (frozen) – 400-500 g
- Milk – 2/3 cup
- Cheese – 100 g
- Bacon
- Green onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 210 degrees. Grease a baking dish with butter. Put the dumplings with potatoes in a mold, without defrosting.
- Add salt to milk, stir. Pour milk over the dumplings in the form, pepper. Grate the cheese. Sprinkle the dumplings with grated cheese.
- Bake dumplings with potatoes in the oven for 30 minutes. Chop the bacon. Fry the bacon in a dry skillet. The dumplings potato casserole is ready.
- Sprinkle baked dumplings with cheese on top with slices of fried bacon. Chop green onions finely. Sprinkle potato casserole with chopped green onions.
