- 1 kg jacket potato (s)
- salt
- 2 apple
- 500 g sauerkraut
- 1 tablespoon lard
- ml ⅛ water
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 150 g bacon, smoked and diced
- 500 g sausae
- 200 g sour cream
- 6 tablespoon milk
- 50 g cheese, rated
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 50 g butter

- Boil the jacket potatoes, peel and cut into slices, lightly season with salt.
- Peel and core the apples, cut into slices and sauté with the sauerkraut in lard. Add the water and sugar and cook for 15 minutes.
- Cut the sausages into small slices and fry them together with the diced ham.
- Put half of the jacket potatoes in a greased casserole dish, spread the ham and the sausage slices on top. Then spread the apple sauerkraut on top and cover with the rest of the jacket potatoes.
- Mix the sour cream with 6 tablespoons of milk until creamy and spread over the jacket potatoes. Spread the cheese, breadcrumbs and flakes of butter on the casserole. That makes a very tasty crust.
- Bake at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
