Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 150 g carrot (s)
  • 700 g minced meat
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 can tomato (s), chopped (850 ml)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Wash and cook potatoes. Drain the cooked potatoes, quench and peel off the peel.
  2. Finely dice the onions and the peeled carrots. Finely chop the garlic.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mince in it until crumbly. Add onions, carrots and garlic and fry. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add tomato paste, sauté briefly and deglaze with tomatoes. Bring to the boil and simmer covered for approx. 5 minutes. Season again with salt, pepper and paprika.
  4. Cut the potatoes into slices.
  5. Put the mince in a baking dish and spread the potato slices on top. Pour the cream over it and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 25 minutes (electric stove: 200 ° C / fan: 175 ° C / gas: level 3).
