  • 750 g potato (s), floury boilin
  • 300 ml whipped cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 packet hollandaise sauce
  • a lot Gouda, grated
  • Boiled ham or peas or broccoli
  • Butter for greasing the baking dish

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes and place in a saucepan. Add the milk and cream. Cook the potatoes in it until soft, stirring frequently. Be careful not to burn the mixture on the bottom when the heat is too high. The floury potatoes ensure the binding here.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Depending on your taste, diced, cooked ham, peas or broccoli can be added. Then spread the hollandaise sauce on top and sprinkle generously with the grated Gouda cheese.
  3. Bake the potatoes at 200 degrees circulating air for about 20 minutes until the cheese has the desired brown color. If necessary, add seasoning.
