Ingredients
- 400 g potato (s), waxy
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 pickled cucumber (s)
- 4 teaspoons capers
- 100 g peas, soft-boiled
- 0.5 can ½ corn, drained, washed, dried
- 1 green pepper (s)
- 100 ml broth
- 2 teaspoons vinegar, (white wine vinegar)
- some salt and pepper
- some chili powder
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 egg (s)

- Boil jacket potatoes, cool and peel. Cut into large cubes and place in a bowl. Peel off the garlic clove, dice finely and sprinkle over it. Now peel off the onion, dice the pickled cucumbers and mix carefully with the potatoes. Add the capers, peas and corn. Clean, wash, dry and dice the bell pepper. Also add to the other ingredients in the bowl.
- Now put the vegetable stock with white wine vinegar in a saucepan and season with salt, pepper and chili powder. Bring to the boil and then pour the stock over the ingredients in the bowl. Let cool down.
- Then coat the salad very finely with the 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and let it steep.
- In the meantime, boil the eggs. Then peel, quarter and finally add to the salad as a decoration.
