Ingredients
- 1 kg potato (s)
- 3 egg (s)
- 10 cherry tomato (s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- Cayenne pepper
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- Curry powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 onion (s)
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 50 g feta cheese
- 75 g wild arlic
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 1 teaspoon mustard

- Boil the potatoes and eggs. In the meantime, use the sour cream, spices, dill and mustard to make the salad dressing.
- Chop the spring onions, wild garlic and onion and stir in. Halve the tomatoes and dice the eggs and feta cheese and add.
- Cut the cooled potatoes into slices and fold in carefully. Chill the salad and let it steep.
- Tip:
- Garlic can also be used instead of wild garlic.
- If you prefer it hearty and not vegetarian, you can add an apple and meat sausage.
