  • 250 g low-fat quark (low-fat curd cheese)
  • 100 g crème fraîche, with herbs
  • 3 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 100 g ham
  • 1 handful wild garlic
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the eggs, ham and wild garlic and mix with curd cheese and crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper and let steep. The spread tastes delicious on fresh bread or with baked potatoes.
