Potato Stew with Sausage

Directions

Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Peel the onions and cut them into quarters. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes and onions. Season with salt and sprinkle with basil.
Cored with seeds and cut into thin strips. Add to potatoes and fry, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes.
Cut the sausages into pieces. Small sausages can be left intact. Add them to the pan and fry with potatoes for 7-10 minutes. Sprinkle the finished potato stew with sausage with chopped herbs.

You can prepare fresh cabbage salad for potatoes.
