  • 150 ml cream
  • a bit salt

  • some nutmeg
  • 20 g butter
  • some caraway seeds, ground

Instructions

  1. Preparation:
  2. Peel, wash and thinly slice the potatoes and pat dry. Wash the wild garlic leaves, drain them and then cut them into thin strips. Rasp cheese.
  3. Whisk the cream cheese with the cream, a little salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
