Potatoes Baked with Lard on Charcoal

We collect the last minutes of summer and go to nature! Take a bag of groceries with us and cook! Of course, the main dish in nature is barbecue, but almost everyone can make it. But can you cook the perfect, insanely aromatic, amazingly divinely delicious baked potatoes on charcoal

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 1 kg
  • Lard – 300 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. We warm up the brazier. We are waiting for the coals to burn out and the flame disappears.
  2. Cut the bacon into slices.
  3. Cut the potatoes into slices.
  4. String the potatoes and bacon on a skewer one by one.
  5. Put the skewer with potatoes and bacon on a piece of foil, then salt and pepper.
  6. Wrap in foil and bake potatoes on charcoal for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Remove the foil, fry the potatoes on the grill for another 5-10 minutes.
  8. Charcoal baked potatoes with bacon, ready.
