Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), medium-sized
  • 2 medium onion (s), red, halved and sliced
  • 2 medium bell pepper (s), red, halved, pitted and cut into strips
  • 14 piece (s) olives, black, pitted and halved
  • 3 teaspoon, heaped cumin
  • 2 teaspoons pul beaver or chilli flakes
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel and quarter the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a little olive oil and sauté the onions with paprika for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix the potatoes, onions, peppers and olives well with the spices and olive oil in an oven dish. Put the pan in the oven and bake the vegetables for 35 minutes.
