Potatoes with Bacon (on the Grill)

Usually, potatoes are cooked in nature in foil, baked in coals, but now we cook only this way – much tastier! It turns out a budgetary and simple recipe for barbecue from potatoes on the grill: very tasty and simple, the potatoes are soaked in smoke and lard, an appetizing.

Cook: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Fat
  • Salt

Directions

  1. The bacon must be cut into small pieces. The thickness is at your discretion.
  2. Meanwhile, we are already preparing the coals.
  3. Place pieces of bacon on skewers, alternating with potatoes. (If the potatoes are young, then you do not need to peel, just wash thoroughly.)
  4. Then cut the potatoes on both sides until the skewer.
  5. Salt all the skewers generously.
  6. Fry on coals, turning every 2-3 minutes.
  7. On average, potato shashlik is cooked for 20-25 minutes. It all depends on the size of the potato.
  8. Grilled potatoes with lard are ready.
